BULLETIN:
Interviewing a Forward-Thinking Company and Boss in Jacksonville Florida
... I am accepting inquiries from
forward-thinking, dynamic companies in the Jacksonville, Florida area. I
am actively seeking to secure a meaningful relationship with a very
special company AND boss who truly understand that harnessing social
media today can be a plus for the company’s bottom-line. That, plus a
need for creative and analytical marketing experience!
For nearly 5 years, I was
the Marketing Manager for a Fortune 100 company.
In October 2004, I
left that great company to start my own company, Jaguar Julie
Designs. In February 2007, I shifted my
focus a bit and joined a start-up
company as their Marketing Director. After 3.5 years and going
from $0 in annual sales to some $7 million in annual sales, I am now
ready for a new challenge ...
Interviewing a Forward-Thinking Company and Boss in Jacksonville Florida.
Throughout any given day,
you'll find me wearing many hats as the owner of Jaguar Julie Designs,
as a Marketing Director, and as a Squidoo lensmaster!
October 2004, Jaguar Julie
Designs: For the next year and a half, I
was busy wearing many hats, so to speak. I did website design,
online selling, marketing consulting, and some
blogging. It was
not until March 2006 that my online focus experienced a shift towards
more of an involvement in the social media sites. Two of the first
such sites were Stylehive and Squidoo; I joined both of
these sites in March 2006 and split my time between the two over the
next many months. At that time, I received the challenge from the
folks at Squidoo HQ to qualify and become a Giant Squid with 100
quality lenses by early September 2007. Well, Squidoo scaled back
the number to 50, but knowing me, I made it to 100 despite a hard drive
crash at the end of August.
So now, I Squidoo ... Do You? I'm
now fairly immersed on Squidoo as a lensmaster who's authored well over
625 lenses along with being a groupmaster
managing some 6 groups which were converted into lens-groups. My 'pet' charity is First
Coast No More Homeless Pets [FCNMHP]. I was thrilled to raise $500
for FCNMHP from one lens that competed in the Superhero Project and was
tapped for LOTD. In 2009, I contributed some $3,000 directly to
FCNMHP, not including the royalties raised for this charity through
Squidoo lenses.
I've had three of my lenses featured
as the Lens of the Day which is a terrific honor in of itself;
plus a trafffic-generator. I am also a member of the Giant Squids 100 Club
and a Squid Angel
Emeritus 3x.
My purple star
lenses include
Stuffed Cabbage,
The Journal of the Traveling Squid, Patio With Stone Pavers, Best
Eight Layer Salad, Jaguar Julie -- Lensography of a WAHWW,
USS Dwight D. Eisenhower Distinguished Visitor, and Christmas Fruitcake.

Blog, Blog, Blog ...
Well, yes I started off first as a blogger, but
feel myself torn in so many directions these days! I have two
different types of blogs, the original one is
Jaguar Julie :: Blog On!
which was launched in December 2004. Wow, that is over 5 years!
When I started on Squidoo, my poor blog seemed to suffer a bit of
neglect. In 2008, to further promote the relevancy,
spot-on phenomenon of Squidoo lenses, I created a second blog, that is
uniquely titled
Topicability.
Generally, when I post on that blog, it is a most unique subject that
has hit the radar.
Facebook
and MySpace
... In early 2008, I decided to explore some of the other
social media platforms and have found
Facebook to be an
interesting mix in that it seems akin to what I've become accustomed to
with the modules within the Squidoo build-a-lens, workshop mode.
I had tried MySpace a few years ago, but totally
removed my account after several months as I didn't like what I was
seeing. I've decided to give MySpace another chance, but alas -- I
found that someone else was using my ID! So, if you are looking
for me on MySpace, I'm known as
thejaguarjulie.
And, I am a blonde you know!!!
Online Seller ... In an effort to focus my online efforts, I have closed my stores
on eBay, iOffer and Overstock. I now only sell through my
eCrater store.
I've found that I can deliver my customers more specialized services
along with that
top-notch customer attention that I've fostered throughout the years.
My eCrater
store exemplifies my "passion for fashion" with
that European
Chic sense of style! You benefit from my fashion expertise
and experience gained from years and years of buying and selling! I am
working on closing my eCrater store this year.
Zazzle Store ... I resisted for a long time the urge to razzle dazzle on
Zazzle. I opened a store for
Shirts With a Bit of An Attitude to
complement my Squidoo lenses. The store blossomed into quite a
variety of Attitude Shirts!

opportunity to find that item for you. Hey, I've got the expertise accumulated
from over 12 years of experience scouring the
internet for the best deals. You
provide me with your budget of how much you'd
like to spend, who you're buying for, and I'll

affordable prices. For secure transactions, I accept
PayPal

My Motto
...
Be Fashionable! Be Unique! Be the best that YOU can be! We're
all individuals, truly unique in our interests and abilities. Oh,
and I'm known for my Passion for Fashion as well. This year, why not
"reach for the stars!" |
